Welboy~Unit 9 No 5(summary about the important of sleeping)
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired and we cannot remember things so well.People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they make phone calls or look at email messages. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed, a dark and quiet bedroom and the same routine every evening before go to bed.
