Sleep is very important for the and repairs itself. Brain also stores information, when enough sleep, the brain cannot do these things,tired and cannot remember thing so well. Most people find sleep difficult because they are not relaxed and not exercise during the day. They also have too many drink which contain caffeine, such as coffee and eat dinner just before they go to bed. You can do make sure that the bed is comfortable with good matters, pillow, dark and guiet, so that are not disturbed by light or noise. You can same routine very evening before we go to bed. For example, read book or relaxing music.
