Sleep is very important in out life because when we get a sleep, the brain repair it self. If we do not enough sleep, the brain can not make it well. Some people had a insomnia because they did not have enough sleep, not relaxed, and also still thinking before sleep. So, what can we do 2 get well sleep. First, get relaxed before sleep. Second, make sure that your bed in comfortable. Third, the bedroom should be dark. All this must be follow if you want to be fresh in the morning.
