(hau) The importance of sleep

During sleep the brain repairs itself and store information. If we do not sleep, then we will become tired and we cannot memorize things. We fall to sick if our body’s immune system becomes weaker. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work and lack of exercise. Late at night they make phone call or see email messages. Before sleep, they take too many drinks like coffee and eat dinner. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed and bedroom should be dark and quiet. Before we sleep, our routine must same. Finally, we should sleep punctually every night to ensure more active next day.
