Unit 9 NO 5 Summary (Importance of Sleep) Yatie
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep then we become tired and we cannot remember things so well. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies until in the evening. Late at night they make phone calls or look at email message. They also have too many drinks which contain caffeine. To sleep well, we need the bed comfortable and the bedroom should be dark and quiet and we should have same routine every evening before we go to bed. Finally, we should try to go to bed at the same time every night.
