The importance of sleep
Sleep is very importance for the brain because during sleep, the brain repairs it self and also stores information. If we do not enough sleep, we tired, cannot remember and becomes weaker. We cannot if we not relaxed, thinking about their work or studies and also maybe late at night they make phone calls or look at emails, such of coffee and eat dinner before sleep. We can do to sleep well is the bed is comfortable, bedroom should be dark and quiet. We should also have the same routine every night for example read a book, have a hot bath or listen to relaxing music.
