UNIT 9 NO.5 SUMMARY (importance of sleep) SITI HASLINA

Sleep was very important for our brain. During we sleep, our brain can repairs itself and also stores the information. If we did not sleep at night everyday, of course we can felt so tired the next morning. It also made you cannot remember something so well and our body becomes weaker and likely to get ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed and they are still thinking about their work or studies in the evening. They also make phone calls or look at the email messages late at night. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed and the bedroom must be dark and quite. We should go to the bed at the same time every night. We also can read a book, have a hot bath or listen to relaxing music to make our good sleep.
