Nadzirah ( the importantance of sleep)
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired because our body didn’t have enough rest. Beside that, we also cannot remember things. When we do not sleep, it also can make our body becomes weaker and get ill easily. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or about their studies. Late at night, they like to make phone calls with their friends, and some of them like to look at emails or chatting in the internet. Furthermore, the people who stop their sleep sometimes like to have many drinks contain caffeine and eat dinner lately even in the midnight. To sleep well, they need a comfortable bed and the best way to make it; they also must sleep in a dark and quiet bedroom. The last but not least to sleep well, they should try to go to bed at the same time every night and at the evening they should also have same routine such as read a book, or listen to relaxing music. So, to make sure that they get a good sleep, they must treat their self’s discipline.
