UNIT 9 NO. 5 SUMMARY ( Importance of sleep) NORA YUSOF

During sleep our brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not get enough sleep, the brain cannot do these things properly. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed and always thinking about work or studies. Sometimes, late at night they make phone calls or view emails. This situation can make they become more tired, cannot remember and may become weaker. At the same time, they are also have many drinks and eat dinner before they go to bed. If they want to sleep well, they should have a comfortable, dark, and quiet bedroom and also without any disturbed. Besides that, they should have same routine every evening like read, listening music and other else. Finally, they have to try to sleep at the same time every night so that their sleep can be better and feel more active for the next day.
