During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we can felt very tired, cannot remember and may become weak or ill. Usually, people stop sleep because they not relaxed, more thingking about works and studies. Then, they also sleep late at night because of make a phone calls, emails and getting dinner. Sometimes, they take too many drinks contain caffeien. The best way we do to sleep well is make sure that we sleep at comfortable bed. The room should be dark and quiet from disturbed by light or noise. Finally, we should have the same routine like read a book, have a bath or listen to relaxing music. We will start sleep better and felt more active next day.
