Summary


During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we will become tired and can’t remember things very well. Besides that, our body will become weak. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies all day. Late at night, they usually make phone calls or check their emails and also they have a lot of drinks that contain caffeine and take dinner before sleep. To sleep well, we need to make sure that we have a comfortable bed. The bedroom must be dark and quiet so that we did not disturbed by light and noise. In addition, we need to do same routine every night such as read a book, take a hot bath or listen to the music.
