Ching~~WHY DO BAD THINGS HAPPEN??

Why, oh, why in the world, do bad things happen to good people? It's a question most of us have asked ourselves at some point in life. Granted, there's no simple answer to this complex question. But, our California Psychics team, who deal with this issue day after day, have some interesting takes on the subject… ideas to think about, ruminate or meditate on, especially when you are the good person having very bad times...

That's life
Life is to learn… accept the good times and the bad. "Sometimes it's just about being in the wrong place at the wrong time," says Ron ext. 9545. It's not karma, or a lesson, it's just what it is." Melinda ext. 9579 adds in agreement, "Everyone gets sick at some time, for instance. It doesn't mean they are being punished for doing something wrong. It's just a part of life."

It is universal. Even the best people in the world suffer. Joelle ext. 9535 suggests, "Think about some of the great leaders you admire. How many of them struggled severely before they hit success. How many times have you heard a story about someone living in their car or immigrating to this country with only the clothes on their back before they acquired huge success."

"In order to ask yourself this question, you would have to harbor some belief that people do get what they deserve," explains Shelby ext. 9040. "While this would be lovely if it were true, we all know that in the real world, life doesn't always fall into place so neatly." .

Blessings in disguise
The bad helps us become stronger, better people. Although some get more difficult lessons than others, life is a cycle of ups and downs, our psychics say.

"All steps in life, no matter how awful and terrible, are part of the spiritual learning process," Lucrecia ext. 9326 explains. "When we believe that we are good and at the same time experience the ultimate worst, it often has to do with a past life or karma. In the face of your worst nightmares, faith in goodness and love is the only possible direction that can bring peace to your world. When you understand your karma, (through readings and astrology) it will help you find a path to happiness."

The universe is not a punishing force, our psychics agree. "The difficulties in life are not about being bad or good," tells Brenna ext. 9592. "Instead, your attitude during these difficult times is key to how quickly and how well you come out the other side. It is perhaps the most difficult times that create opportunities for growth and new possibilities."

Even so, sometimes it just feels like life is raining bad times. Brenna says she had a client whose husband had left her for another woman after 23 years. Her employer had cut back her hours which made it hard for her to make ends meet, plus her mother's health was failing. She couldn't understand why everything bad was happening at once. She truly believed she had been a good wife and hard worker and felt she was being punished for no reason.

"I asked her to understand that the universe is not getting back at her for something she might have done in the past… but to look for opportunities instead." Over time, as Brenna and her client worked together, she explored new job options and came to the understanding that she and her husband were never a great match and she looked forward to meeting new people. "Learning how not to be a victim, helped this caller's life blossom," says Brenna.

Say goodbye to blame
Take a good hard look at who you are blaming for your difficulties. We can be so good to others that we don't see that our own needs are going unmet - and bad things begin to happen. Look at it as a wake up call to look into what's really going on in your life… and find a higher path. Sometimes, says Ron, "We think we are good, but others don't see us that way. We may be living out of guilt or anger, and we really do have lessons to learn."

"I have spoken to many who blame these occurrences on others, or even go so far as to blame God," says Darcy ext. 9488. "But blame, like anger and guilt can all attract the kind of negativity that only leads to more troubles."

It's an attitude thing
Difficult things happen to all people, no one really gets a free pass. But living life fully is about how you deal with difficulties, not the difficulties themselves. There is so much freedom in knowing that our path will not always be smooth. That way our expectations are not attached to smoothness… instead, we can be open to all of the possibilities......

It can be very easy and hard to get happiness. Everything just depend on how u think about it. As 4 me, when we are not very poor, disable from suffering any disease will able 2 satisfy me. I will feel that happiness is surrounding me f I feel I am lucky enough. Appreciate everything that's belongs to me. No matter good or bad. Because we don’t know when will the second the God will come and take us away from here we are now. Thanks very much my beloved parents, my dear, my lecturer and all my friend and everyone who care about me. Thank you all so much for done so much for me. I appreciate it all. I love u all~~ muuuuuuaaaaaakkksssss~~

When you are sad, remember my advises. Think positively, try to find someone who you trust him/her enough, love to listen to you, who are willing to share your feelings. My dear classmates, if you need someone remember both my arms are welcome you whenever you need. You will wash away your tears and get nearer to your dream. So that u will get better result in your career, your future. It's true. Strongly believe it. Don’t live a regret life but live a life you want.

study habits

I am a student at UKM. After my class, I would like to study at other place like in my room. I usually study in early morning which more cool and peaceful. It is easy for me to study with my friend. We can share information and discuss a problem.
I never make a note when study. I will forget where I leave the note if I wrote it. In a week I only study about 3 to 4 hours. I never make a study plan for my study. In every week, I just came to class and finish all my homework.

roti canai by hishamuddin

Roti canai (pronounced "chanai," not "kanai") is a type of flatbread found inMalaysia. It is nearly identical to Singaporean roti prata and a close descendant of Kerala perrota.

Roti means bread in Hindi, Urdu , most other North Indian languages, andMalay. The term "canai" derives either from:

i) "Chennai", a region in India which is formerly known as Madras. Roti canai is presumed to have been introduced by immigrant labour from the Madras region where a similar combination ofparatha and dalcha - the accompanying lentil curry - is served

ii) "channa", a mixture of boiled chickpeas in a spicy gravy from Northern India which it was traditionally served with.

In English, roti canai is sometimes referred to as "flying bread," a term that evokes the process of tossing and spinning by which it is made.

The dish is composed ofdough containing copious amounts of fat,egg , flour and water .The form of fat used is usuallyghee (clarified butter). The entire mixture is kneaded thoroughly, flattened, oiled and folded repeatedly. It is then allowed to proof and rise, and the process is repeated. The final round of preparation consists of flattening the dough ball, coating it with oil and then cooking on a flat iron skillet with a lot of oil. The ideal roti is flat, fluffy on the inside but crispy and flaky on the outside.

One of the characteristics of roti canai and its derivatives is that it can be eaten with the hands, without the need for utensils. This makes it a convenient dish to consume, while being filling. This characteristic makes it a dish of choice as breakfast or as late night supper.

Traditionally, it is served with dal or 'dhal' (lentil) curry, which in North India is prepared with chana dal. It can sometimes be taken with sugar or condensed milk. More recently, various improvements on plain roti have been devised to suit the more adventurous tastes of more affluent Malaysians. Generally the newer forms of roti are denoted by using a prefix of roti attached to the additional ingredient used. Variations include:

  • roti telur, with fried eggs (telur being the Malay word for egg)
  • roti tisu (tissue bread), a paper thin and flaky roti. Also called roomali roti, from roomal (Hindi, meaning handkerchief).
  • roti bawang (onion bread)
  • roti boom (bomb bread), a smaller but thicker roti
  • roti planta, stuffed with margarine and sugar.
  • roti sardin, stuffed with sardine and sometimes mixed with ketchup or sambal
