During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired, cannot remember things so well and become weaker. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about work and their study. Late at night they make phone calls and look message at email. They also drink that contain caffeine and get dinner before sleep. To sleep well we need have comfortable bed, a quite and dark area. We also have to go bed same time every night.
