summary of the importance of sleep

During sleep, the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired and cannot remember things properly. So, the immune system of human body will become weak. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night, they have phone calls and check an email. Furthermore, they drink too much of caffeine and eat just before sleep. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed with quiet and dark room. Moreover, try to do same routine before sleep and sleep at the same time.
