Unit 9 –Brain Power (p .55)
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we do somework, the brain become tired and cannot remember and lastly may become weaker. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they make phone call or look at emails. They also drinks which contain caffeine and eat dinner just before they go to bed. To keep well, we need a comfortable bed, dark and quiet bedroom. Finally, every night, we need to do the same routine like read a book, have a hot bath and listen music.
