fairus:unit 9 summary about sleep

Sleep is very important for the brain. It is because during sleep, the brain repair itself and stores information we learned during the day. If we don’t use more time to sleep we will become tired and cannot remember so well. It may become weaker and likely to get ill. We cannot sleep if we not relaxed and if we thinking about a work or studies. That also happened if late at night we still with phone or read emails. Too many drink with caffeine and eat dinner before go to sleep also as reason why we cannot sleep. So, to get enough and sleep well we must to ensure the bad is comfortable. The bedroom also should be dark and quiet and not disturbed by light and noise. Every night should have same routine like read a book, have hot bath or listen to relaxing music to help us to sleep. Try to go bed the same time every night also as alternative to help us sleep well.
