The importance of sleep (summary unit9 pg55) (selvam)
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we are asleep, then we become tired and we cannot remember things so well and immune system, becomes weaker. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they make phone calls look at email messages until late at night. They also have caffeine such as drinks and dinner just before they go to bed. To sleep well, we need bed is comfortable and the bedroom should be dark and quiet. Finally, we should try to go to bed at the same time every night to sleep well.
