During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep then we will has the problem about your brain is can't make to do something. However, the someone should be enough sleep for the fresh the brain. People sleep badly when they are not relexed. They are thinking about their work and studies and do not many the exercise for them. Sometimes they do the work until the late night. Late at night they to do for something is calling and messages dan any others. To sleep well, we need the situation to quite and has the bed is comfortable such as the good mattress and pillows.
