THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP
Sleep is very important for the brain because the brain repairs itself and stores information what learned during the day. If not get enough sleep, we will become tired and cannot remember things and become Likely to get ill. What stops us sleeping? people difficult to sleep because they ara not relaxed, do not exercise enough during the day and thingking about their study and works. At late night, they also much drink a coffe and look at email message. What can we do to sleep well? First, we need a comfortable bed with mattress and pillow. The environment must quiet and dark. The another way, we can do a same routine such as read a book, listen to relaxing music and have a bath.
