The most important food in Malaysia is Satay. Satay is a dish consisting of meat or fish cooked on sticks and served with sauce made with peanuts. Satay is also a food of Malaysian culture. We have many choices to make Satay; we can use the meat of chicken, beef, or fish. Before we serve the Satay, we have to toast the Satay first on grill. Then, we have to make the peanuts sauce because we eat the Satay with this sauce. We are usually eat Satay on the weekend, at the picnic, when we have the barbeque at the night and many else. The times are also important to eat Satay because we can to relish the delicious.
