Among the Chinese traditional food, the most widely loved foods by Chinese is Chinese dumpling. It also known as “Jiao Zhi ”. This is because Chinese dumpling can be served as Chinese New Year’s Food. During the New Year‘s Eve, all the family member will get together to make dumplings and they may hide a coin in one of the dumplings. The person who fined the coin will likely have a good fortune in the New Year. Besides that, it is also popular in other Chinese festivals, so it’s part of the Chinese tradition.
