Dear Nora,
Thank you for sharing your feelings with us. During our very first class, you told me that you are an 'OKU' (with a hearing disability) and you informed me that I needed to face you when teaching because you can read lips. Most of the time, I remind myself of this. But it is not possible to do so all the time.
However, I am determined to help you and the rest of the class the best that I can. I must say that you and the rest of your classmates have been great in terms of class participation and I certainly hope that this continues.
Please do not be sad. Please help me (us) to help you. :)
Regards,
Madam Haslina
