It was designed by Tom Wright and the construction was managed by Rick Gregory. It is located at Dubai. The construction was beginning at 1994. This hotel was opening in April 2008. The building type is hotel 5 stars. It made by large rock (surface), 70,000 cubic meter of concrete and 9,000 tons of steel. Actually, the Dubai government want that the Burj Al Arab design similar like the Opera House in Sydney and Eiffel Tower in Paris. It takes a lot of cost to build it. The cost is USD 650 million.
